If your personality is like mine then you probably have trouble getting out your feelings in words. So when you hold all them emotions in you just explode sometimes. Here's a few useful tips I've learned.
First, you should try to figure out what you're actually feeling. When you hold so many emotions in, its hard to figure out what you're actually feeling.
Second, if you're feeling more angry or mad its probably best to take a few seconds and calm down. Find a way to figure out how to get it across without being spiteful or rude.
Third, start with some stable words like I feel. Its kind of kindergarten more than high school but you got to start somewhere.
Fourth, as hard as it is. Try not to point blame because pointing blame doesn't fix anything it just makes them feel worse. Then you're pointing back, it doesn't fix anything.

First, Take all the negative influences out of your life. To love yourself you need people around you who will support you and encourage you. Not out you down and make you feel worse about yourself.
Second, Do some things you enjoy to do. Sometimes feeling bad about yourself means you will participate in anything your friends will want to do. STOP DOING THAT! Starting now do what you want to do!
Third, Get out your comfort zone. Sometimes the things you think that you hate are things you really enjoy and love to do. So try some new things, you really never know!
Fourth, Get active. I don't mean do half a marathon cause even I can't do that. Get active by taking some alone time for yourself, if that means going or walks =or just playing games on the computer. Do it your way!

For the personalities that are very intellectual and love to get there feelings out on a page. I suggest writing poems or very long monologues! I've done it a few times and it is a great way of getting out your feelings and really digging deep. Now don't think that poems have to be sad, they can be funny and sometimes even both. Its just about putting your feelings on a page and taking yourself and your listeners on a journey that only you would know or a few others. I suggest this especially for the personalities that don't like to talk ab out their feelings or its hard. Writing poem are the perfect way to get them feelings out to a loved one or friends just anybody. I'll try and post more things about poems if this interest most of you guys!
Are you comfortable
If you took the test you probably shocked on how accurate the test is. On the other hand you may be very worried about the negative things the test said too. The only thing you can do about the negative is embrace it! There is nothing wrong with you. You are unique and special in every way, there is no need to worry about it. On the contrary, if you feel as though you want to improve your character than do it. There is nothing wrong with bettering yourself. First make sure you are comfortable with changing because you can't change unless you want it. But non the less be comfortable with yourself. Love who you are no matter what personality you have . Keep striving for perfection but at the same time if you are not comfortable than there is no point in changing. Ask yourself these questions. Are you used to change? Is the change for the better? If so than do it.
IF YOU'RE OUT GOING
This is for the personalities that is outgoing. For the outgoing personalities, try including the people that cant make friends easily. In order for the world to improve we have to have an all inclusive environment. For some people it is hard to make friend. Our world would be a much better place if we didn't section ourselves off to groups. I challenge you to try to introduce yourself to one shy person. i promise you that you will love it. Take time out your day to impact other peoples lives. It is easy to forget the people that are shy. Supporting someone that is shy. You can encourage them to speak out. Encourage all your other friends to get to know your shy friend. Most shy people are funny and down to earth. If you are outgoing then try this today.
